Bodywork Disclaimer
In no way are massage or myofascial release services meant to be construed as the diagnosis or treatment of injury or disease but rather as an aid to promote and improve the animal’s overall wellness. A bodywork program is not a substitute for medical treatment, and it is always recommended to consult a veterinarian prior to beginning a bodywork program. Courtney Molino, ESMT, CCMT, CCRA is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose, advise, prescribe or administer a drug, medicine, application or treatment of any nature for the prevention, cure or relief of a wound, fracture, bodily injury or disease.

Payment Policy
Payment is due within 30 days of services rendered, and overdue invoices will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month overdue. A fee of $30 will be charged for all returned checks. In a dispute arising out of or related to this agreement, Hands on Horses LLC shall have the right to collect reasonable attorney fees and necessary expenditures.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed for cancelled appointments without 24-hours notice. Emergencies are understood.
