Massage Disclaimer
In no way are massage services meant to be construed as the diagnosis or treatment of injury or disease but rather as an aid to promote and improve the animal’s overall wellness.

A massage program is not a substitute for medical treatment, and it is always recommended to consult a veterinarian prior to beginning a massage program. Courtney Molino, ESMT, CMT is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose, advise, prescribe or administer a drug, medicine, application or treatment of any nature for the prevention, cure or relief of a wound, fracture, bodily injury or disease.

Payment Policy
Payment is due within 30 days of services rendered, and overdue invoices will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month overdue. A fee of $30 will be charged for all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed for cancelled appointments without 24-hours notice. Emergencies are understood.
